Someone with the unlikely name of Molotov Mitchell has produced a 10 minute and 52 second video [watch it below] that could well change the terms of the election -- if enough people watch it. Illuminati Productions has posted it to YouTube. They have provided the voting public a very professionally and engagingly done video generation equivalent of a long detailed article in a place like American Thinker.It makes accessible to the general public some of the serious questions about Obama's citizenship status that have been vetted almost exclusively in the conservative web world. You can't get most voters to focus on print media in order to entertain a series of hard questions on what seems like a far-fetched notion. Especially those voters who rely on the Big Media. They figure that if this were true, they would have heard about it from the old familiar faces.
But you can get people to watch 11 minutes of interesting video raising a slew of questions for Obama, in fact cornering him, on the question of his birth, citizenship, and eligibility for office as POTUS under the Constitution. Especially if people start talking about the video. It's called viral distribution. A friend emails an Obama-supporting friend and dares him or her to watch.
A lifelong Democrat who has held political office and been a committeeman, Philip Berg, has brought suit over the real questions raised by the absence of a valid Obama birth certificate. His narrative of the various questions Obama has refused to answer is devastating. Graphics and sound are well-deployed to avoid tedium as factual data is conveyed in a way that allows viewers to absorb it. When he contrasts Obama's behavior when challenged (use perfectly valid legal technicalities to delay) with John McCain's full disclosure of all documentary evidence under a similar challenge (remember the flap over his birth in the Panama Canal Zone? -- who raised those questions, anyway?), there is no doubt in a viewer's mind that there is something seriously wrong here.
We are talking about the Presidency and this guy stonewalls?
The only way Obama can satisfactorily resposnd is to release his supposed Hawaiian birth certificate. If he has it, why hasn't he released it?
If this video gets widely viewed and discussed, Obama's support will crumble in the face of continued stonewalling.
I am grateful for the efforts of the people who put this op together. It is brilliantly timed. I do know that there are one or more smart Democrats who haven't forgiven Obama and who don't want to see him elected. They know how to design and implement really effective plans to get things done.
They might even want to get Obama thrown off the ballot and replaced by the second place finisher before Election Day. Or, if the Democratic Party stonewalls and the court delays, pick up the pieces.
Watch it and see what you think.

Eddy, you want us to believe an Obama site on this matter when he hasn't released all of his documents to the Judge in this action? Please. Just release them and then all of us will be made to look like fools, and you Kool-Aid drinkers can laugh your asses off at all of us, right? It's very, very simple.

What they've posted does not answer Berg's concerns. It is the short form cert. That's simply a printout from their current database. It proves nothing. And, that document is mentioned in the video!
That's why Berg asked for the *long* form cert, which is filled out by the hospital at birth.

Claudia, I think they can delay this and put it off for months or maybe even years, Mike can correct me if I'm wrong, but if Obama wins the election, and later the court or courts rule in favor of the Plaintiff, I think Senator Biden would become President. IMHO, regardless of the outcome of this suit, we should pray that McCain becomes President given the alternatives if the Plaintiff wins, see? President: Obama; VP: Biden; & Speaker of the House: Pelosi, how much worse could it be?

This is nonsense. If he was born in Kenya, how did he enter the USA? On a Kenyan passport?
I don't like Obama or McCain, both would lead the country to more debt and financial ruin. Pushing nonsensical stories like this don't do his opponents any favors.
Ask yourself's this, if there was any truth to this, don't you think the Republicans would be jumping all over it?
A birth certificate is a public record. It's not hard to get a copy.

Kutas, so just lie back and don't investigate anything? They investigated Troopergate? Let's face it: if he is not a natural born US citizen, HE IS INELIGIBLE to be President. His grandma said she was at his birth... in Kenya! This is just as valid as all of the red herrings the left have investigated, or more so, right? If it's untrue, he can easily prove it by providing the original document. Why hasn't he?

Its simple, release the birth certificate and this all goes away. Why are they/he spending thousands fighting this?

Have to disagree in some cases. I resort to using my passport to show I am a citizen as I have been unable to get a copy of my COLB.

Birth certificates are official public records and anyone can request a copy of it. It's not something one has to release.
All you go is to the microfilm files of the county of where the baby was born. Plain and simple.
This claim is just a way for the lawyer to get some publicity. Heck I don't have my original birth certificate. I got a certified copy from Miami Dade County.
Likewise for him to get a passport, you have to present an official certified copy of your birth certificate.
I think this is a far stretch from reality.

They have the rebuttal brief to the Federal Court posted in realclearpolitics.com, according to Mr. Berg's brief, the birth certificate posted in the Obama site (and other sites) was examined by experts who concluded the document was altered, he is also asking that the judge disallow Obama's and the DNC's motion to dismiss and for Obama to produce a battery of certified documents including his university records as well as Obama's Certificate of Naturalization, I suppose Mr. Berg also wants to kick him out of the Senate

The sad part is that nobody cares. If someone found a picture of Barack eating supper with Satan, it wouldn't make any difference. Obama is a belief, not a candidate.

The point is that if Obama was born in Hawaii as he claims, he later moved with his mother and step-father to Indonesia. According to Mr. Berg, during that time Indonesia was at war, so in order for Obama to attend school in Indonesia he had to be either adopted or acknowledge by his step-father. Obama also had to be a Muslim and an Indonesian. A copy of his school Indonesian records show him as Barry Soetoro. So my question is: Is Barack Obama the “Christian one” and Barry Soetoro the “Muslim one”? Does he have American citizenship as Barack Obama and Indonesian Citizenship as Barry Soetoro. Does he have a dual persona as well as dual citizenship?
I’m curious to know under which name (and religion) he enrolled at Columbia and Harvard.
