Stanley Kurtz on Jeremiah Wright: "The tip of the iceberg"
This is very serious stuff, folks. Read the entire article ("Wright 101") by Stanley Kurtz:
It looks like Jeremiah Wright was just the tip of the iceberg. Not only did Barack Obama savor Wright’s sermons, Obama gave legitimacy — and a whole lot of money — to education programs built around the same extremist anti-American ideology preached by Reverend Wright. And guess what? Bill Ayers is still palling around with the same bitterly anti-American Afrocentric ideologues that he and Obama were promoting a decade ago. All this is revealed by a bit of digging, combined with a careful study of documents from the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, the education foundation Obama and Ayers jointly led in the late 1990s.John McCain, take note. Obama’s tie to Wright is no longer a purely personal question (if it ever was one) about one man’s choice of his pastor. The fact that Obama funded extremist Afrocentrists who shared Wright’s anti-Americanism means that this is now a matter of public policy, and therefore an entirely legitimate issue in this campaign.

Cigar Mike,
If those from the MSM were doing their job, this information would be big news in every network.

This is what is wrong with this or rather what is right for them: that is the same media that has been for 50 years in the tank (septic tank) for castro, they actually approve of Hussein's associations, that is what they like, they made him and they are pushing him, one of their own. Only God can save us 'cause half the country are androids, rapper noice hoodies and what little is left they cheat on...

What oozes from all these characters is racism worse than any I've seen before in politicians or scholars. If this were to be turned around and written or spoken by someone of any other race, there wouldn't be a paper, magazine or website without some negative comment on the matter, yet in this instance of pure racism, it is ignored and by the same token condoned by the world media.
There is nobody who can convince me that Obama really doesn't think this way, if he thought differently none of them would support him so openly, as they'd see him as the enemy, or the traitor. They clearly don't see him that way, from Farrakan calling him the messiah to Ayers volunteering his house to launch a campaign. Something in his actions or spoken thoughts have attracted these people to his flanks, not now but for the past 20 years.
His campaign continues to call it rediculous to judge him by his pears, so how should I judge him, by what he says? Didn't it turn out to be that Ayers was NOT just a guy who lived in his neighborhood? So after saying that and it be proven that it was a lie, why should I believe anything else that he says as far as his associations or beliefs?
I don't know, but doesn't it seem funny now how Howard Dean lost his lead in the primaries because of a yelp during a victory speech, yet all these serious things about Obama's character are ignored by the same media that over one silly scream tore Mr. Dean apart?
