Yep, the NYT endorsed Mondale, Carter, Dukakis, McGovern, you name it .... they've never endorsed a Republican in modern times. I think Lincoln was the last one they endorsed.

In reality, the last GOP candidate endorsed by the NY Times was Ike in 1956. Since then, they've endorsed, JFK, LBJ, Humphrey, McGovern, Carter, Mondale, Dukakis, Clinton, Gore, Kerry, and now Obama.

Why do you think it is the fish wrapper of choice? Or Why do you think it is the newspaper of choice for your great dane to shit on? Or the paper of choice to line your bird cage?

I simply cannot understand why non leftists subscribe to these rags, NYT, Wash. Post, Miami Herald, etc.
The least you could do is refrain from buying them.

Well, to quote Gomer Pyle:

"SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE!"

Color me shocked.

At times like this I'm ever so happy to see the NYT is struggling financially.
