Well, looky here
Ladies and gentlemen, the national polls are getting TIGHT.
The latest Rasmussen poll has Obama ahead by only 3 percentage points.
Gallup, using their turnout model that's based on the 2004 election has Obama ahead by only 2 percentage points. They also have an expanded model which is based on certain groups having higher than usual participation rates which has Obama ahead by 7 percentage points.
Zogby has Obama ahead by 5 points and Investors Business Daily has Obama ahead by 3 points.
Remember that if these polls are done correctly they will have a correct proportion of representation from the 50 states. The two most populous states also happen to be where many of the liberal Obamunists live. Those states are not necessary to win this election.
We need to ensure a McCain win in Florida. Things are looking up. If only the L.A. Times would release the damned tape!

I've said to this many times to all that choose to hear:
THIS RACE IS A 50/50 TOSS-UP!
Those polls are full of it. Obama has his core group of black folks (like me even though I voted Bob Barr) locked up. But everyone else, it's a toss up. I would not be surprised if McCain won. And I also wouldn't be surprised if McCain offered Obama some sort of position in his administration (based on McCain's documented reaching across the aisle).
But this race IS close. Do not believe the polls.

Yes, that tape needs to be released - now! Funny how they released this right away back in '06!http://articles.latimes.com/2006/sep/08/local/me-meeting8

I wrote about this weeks ago. McCain must win Florida, Ohio, Virginia, and Colorado. If he wins Penn. he's nearly a lock. But if he loses either Florida, Ohio, Virginia or Colorado (assuming he loses Penn), it's over.

You hear or read so many different polls that you wonder who's done a better job on this. Obama has spent millions and millions in this campaign. He had his minions do a lot of footwork in Illinois when running there. He will do anything to win the presidency and he has the money to saturate the media. I just can't believe my eyes to see so many people blind to what he spouses.
