“Cuba's governing body has named Gen. Ulises Rosales Toro to the long-vacant post of agriculture minister as it struggles with shortages following three hurricanes.”

Well, MULTI-MILLIONAIRE, General Ulises Rosales del Toro (born March 8, 1942) held the “prestigious” position of Sugar Minister (from 1997) and we all know what happened to the sugar industry. It doesn’t exist anymore! Cuba, once known as the sugar bowl of the world has gone from being the largest producer of sugar to an importer of sugar. I fear that whatever little is left of Cuba’s agriculture is doomed.
