Sean Penn?
Que clase de requetecomemierda.
Exponentially expanding the limits of the term "Useful Idiot."

He opens with a comment on the disadvantages of being a writer. And he sure writes a lot of words. But I see no evidence of a "writer" here. I see only evidence of narcissism and stupidity making it
impossible for me to read the whole thing.

Flaky, deluded, divorced-from-reality celebrities are to be expected and will always be with us. That's not the real problem. The real scandal is when these presumptuous, self-important, better-than-thou fools are given the time of day by those who absolutely should know better, FAR better. Of course, they DO know better, but they're conveniently selective.
If the celebrity happens to be conservative, then he or she is automatically dismissed and presented as a laughable kook or pitiful idiot. If the celeb is a Sean Penn, well, reserve primo space in the publication or show to make sure the world is properly edified. This is beyond predictable, just as it's beyond contemptible.

I admire Sean Penn as the former spouse of Madonna, a political activist, and a great actor. Just look at his latest role as the homosexual Harvey Milk. He is so natural in his gestures. What talent!

Then he should stick to acting.
