O, Dear Lord
Like my colleague at Penultimos Dias, when I read it, I had to look to God.
A mass - in Cuba - to thank God for the Cuban Revolution.

Here are some anti-Catholic cartoons from Castro's Bohemia, Feb. 19, 1961

Val,
We live in very screw-up times.
God help us all!

I am a frequent critic of the Catholic church hierarchy in Cuba, but I think this has nothing to do with them. This is the Episcopal Church.
I think these people are part of the National Council of Churches, the same ones who paid most of the expenses involved in the kidnapping and forced return to Cuba of Elian Gonzalez.
They have been in the pocket of the Castro government for a long time.

Those people make George Orwell look unimaginative.
