Miserable ingrate

The perfect farewell. Throw two shoes at the man who gave you the freedom, paid for in American blood, to attend a press conference in a country that just five years ago was a bloody dictatorship. Fucking ungrateful asshole.

Journalists at the scene said the hurler was Muntadar al-Zaidi, a reporter for Al-Baghdadia TV, an independent satellite channel based in Cairo.

The Guy wasn't an Iraq.just an asshole.

Yea, I'd like to see that stupid mother-f...er do that under Hussein's regime, he'd be in a tub of acid in no time. We have the same kind of idiots in this country, enjoying the fruits of total freedom while working actively to destroy it. They make me sick.

Little scummy bastard. Malnacido. GRRR -- this stuff makes my blood boil.

While our guys are running into IEDs, this loony rat takes aim at the person who's helped him take his filthy shoe off -- maybe even wear a shoe at all. Who knows? Maybe he'll go shopping for and run into a car bomb -- hasn't dawned on him, has it?

No wonder the old testament describes these people as "donkeys."

That was a shoddy thing to do!
I loved how President Bush deftly ducked both shoes, it reminded me of a pitcher ducking a pitch lobbed at him. Why it took until the second shoe to be thrown for the secret service to fly out of the door behind him I don't know but I hope it was SS who tackled the bastard from behind and made him cry like a little girl. Infidel hijo de puta.

You know what ...

Watch the video again.

Here is a man who for eight years has been pretty much called a coward and other less than flattering names.

Someone attacks him.

Does he stay hunkered down behind the podium for cover until the situation is "all clear"?

No, he stands back up straight and looks the guy right in the eye ... STILL able to avoid the second attack. And STILL refusing to take cover.

I love this man. He's made mistakes. War is not an exact science. It's messy and ugly. But he stuck to it.

God bless him.

I hope the rest of his life is spent spoiling grandchildren with his wife.

You know, it's moments like this where I think, screw them, let them slide into civil war.Fuck em'.

Ungrateful SOB. It makes me sick that we worked so hard for these assholes.

First - W did good. Second what would you expect? We're the idiots for not laying that whole place to waste. They don't deserve democracy - they deserve to be occupied and forced into the 20th Century. If we didn't have the balls to do it...and we don't...then we should have gotten out.

I think I read the guy is not Iraki.

The guy wasn't even an Iraqi I think.

George,

The ironic part of this event is that this reporter would not have the balls to throw any shoes at Sadam Hussein because he knew very well what would had happened to him if he did so.
