Citing soures near the family, Diario Las Americas reports that he is in a coma, on a respirator.

He is probably holding on for the 20th, so when he dies B. Hussein, Hildog, Ted Turner, Charlie Rangel, Sean Penn, etc. can go aboard AF1 in order to pay homage to the beloved Commandante!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
