Quote of the day

"Until someone comes and changes the words of the founding fathers and gets rid of the Constitution, I will speak out against this."

This spine chilling quote comes from a Mr. Mohamad ElKhaldi, a Palestinian who has been living in the United States for the past 23 years. He was protesting against Israel's latest offensive against Hamas and the US government's sale of military weapons and equipment to Israel on a street corner in Melbourne, Florida along with other pro-Hamas protesters. He was quoted in this Hometown News article about the protests.

My problem is not that he said such a thing. My problem is not that he is pro-Hamas, a terrorist organization that has fired 9,400 rockets at the civilian population of Israel. This is America, after all, and the same constitution Mr. Elkhaldi would like to see abolished is the same document that gives him and every other American the right to think and speak as they desire.

What perplexes me, though, are the liberals in this country that waste no time in blaming Israel for the region's problems while ignoring the thousands of rockets that Hamas has fired and ignoring that the organization they are standing up and defending is a terrorist organization that would like to see not only Israel gone, but America also. But just like Mr. Elkhaldi, these liberals have the right to say what they want, no matter how nonsensical or contrary it is to the principles of freedom they claim to uphold.

America is a funny place; even Charles Manson has a fan club.

I bet you anything that POS got his citizenship, took the oath, which requires you to promise to defend the constitution, and speaks ill of it every chance he gets.

He DOES NOT deserve the protections provided by the document he obviously never meant to support or defend.

He should leave the U.S. and never come back.
