Obama: Thinking about possible consequences for Cuba

Let us suppose that Obama lifts the travel restrictions, and allows unlimited remittances to Cuba. In fact, let us suppose that Obama normalizes relations with Cuba, and the U.S. becomes castro Inc.'s new money teat. What will that mean for the Cuban dissidents and political prisoners, what will it mean for Dr. Oscar Elías Biscet?
