It is a rather convincing photo montage. This one is right up there with the NY Daily News photoshopped cover during the Millenium Summit at the UN in 2000 showing Bill Clinton shaking Fidel's hand. Still, the government of Argentina has some explaining and some apologizing to do for these shenanigans.

Argentina apologize? Sure, right after Mexico and Spain, for starters, drop to their knees, crying profusely, and beg the Cuban people to forgive them for being backstabbing bastards for decades.

In other words, don't hold your breath. Besides, this bitch doesn't care how she gets her picture in the paper--ANY photo-op is a good thing. Gotta show off the outfit of the day, you know. After all, the people's money can't go entirely to waste.

Also, you must remember her husband is literally cross-eyed and not exactly photogenic. She must welcome the chance to get photographed next to any male that looks at all normal (however artificially).
