Guards plead not guilty in 'nightmare' Rikers beatings.

Clearly if George W. Bush was responsible for maltreatment of prisoners in Iraq then the governor of New York must be responsible for this. Depending on which one you want to peg the blame on you could say that he got caught with his pants down or perhaps that he was blind to the abuses.

The difference is the Abu Ghraib guards were white trash. The female guard went to court pregnant after getting knocked up by one of the other guards. The Rikers guards are blacks abusing other blacks, which is nothing new in the African American community.
