The First Annual Babalu Howler of the Year Award

32 days into the new year and, believe it or not, we already have a winner. And I quote,

Democrats are sometimes harder on their own than conservatives are.

Ladies and gentlemen, the unvarnished stupidity of that statement, the blatant hypocrisy, what with the Barney Franks, Chris Dodds and assorted tax scandals brewing in the current Administration, is truly breathtaking.
